Each series is 4 weeks, 1 hours workouts, 5-Day, 3-Day and 2-Day Programs.

Assessment Program for Beginners 

Indoor Boot Camp welcomes beginners. Our assessment program is a private or semi private session that evaluates your strength, cardiovascular capacity and overall knowledge of exercise. This is a very effective way of designing a workout program that ensures safety and positive results. This class is optional but recommended for beginners. 

Optional Nutritional Training Program

Ever get frustrated because you do excersize but don't see the results you want? We have a solution for that too. Our Optional Nutritional Training Program can get you there.

NUTRITION PLAN

  • We do customize a meal plan during your boot camp session
  • Our Nutrition plan is customized to your specific needs
  • Pre and post workout plan for the entire 4 week period
  • Client food logs are analyzed by your personal trainer and a nutritional professional to check for nutritional mistakes and give recommendations
  • We are be available 24hrs, 7 days week to answer your nutritional needs

NUTRITION COACHING

  • Maximize fat loss and stop the storage of new fat
  • Match your eating to your activity level
  • Perfect your eating for weight loss and for a healthy long life
