Anderson is a nationally recognized and certified fitness trainer, founder and the president of Fitscope Fitness Solutions, and creator of Aero-box Fitness - a high energy regimen that incorporates power drills and aero-kicking.
Anderson's Fitscope team provides nutritionally sound diet and exercise programs that insure the personal fitness of their clients. Each personal or group fitness instructor is a certified expert in their specific area of practice - and adapts their personal training programs to individual needs and abilities. Each trainer insures results by instilling these foundation pillars in every client personal fitness regimen. |
REBA COUGHLIN, Your Women's Trainer
Certified Personal Trainer
Reba Coughlin was born and raised in San Luis Obispo County. She has always loved the outdoors, with a particular passion for soccer, running, and triathlons. Reba recently moved to Orange County to persue her goal of becoming a personal trainer. She graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Newport Beach, which included a 100 hour nutrition analysis program. Her goal is to instill a love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle in all of her clients through knowledge, hard work, and motivation. She hopes to provide the physical and physiological tools to inspire people to push themselves to their limits in order to feel great and get the results they want. |

Fred Obuna is an N.F.P.T and N.P.T.I certified personal trainer with 4 years experience as a fitness professional in Orange County.
"I believe that exercise through targeted physiology is an effective way to work out the whole body & stimulate the mind at the same time. You engage muscle areas that are normally hard to get to and give your metabolism a big boost."
Fred is happy to see the completion of a successful project, his passion increases as he sees his clients meet their health and fitness goals.

MEGAN MAY, Your Boot Camp Trainer

“Training is my passion. Seeing the dripping sweat come off of my clients during a workout gives me the chills. I strongly believe in periodization, variation in your workouts, and challenging the body and mind whenever you have the chance. Many people do not see results because every workout is the same. Explore, be a risk taker and have fun! That’s what life is about. I push my clients to the limit, only because I know they can DO IT!”
Megan thrives for adventure and is always doing something active whether it be playing field hockey on the beach when the tide is low, snowboarding in the mountains right after a blizzard or training her clients until they can’t possibly do another repetition. She wants you to make a lifestyle change if you have not done so already, even if you have, the opportunities are endless and there is still so much to learn.

Aleksandra Kazmierczak, Your Women's Trainer
N.P.T.I Certified Personal Trainer
Aleksandra Kazmierczak, born and raised in Poland, graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in January 2009. While pursuing her career in personal training, she has been an active member of the Imua Outrigger Canoe Club, as well as a certified lifeguard and scuba diver. Her athletic background includes swimming, handball and basketball. She played university level basketball for five years at her university. She is highly motivated and very enthusiastic, and enjoys participating in outdoor activities like biking, kayaking, beach volleyball and any other form of a workout.
She strongly believes that interpersonal skills are as important as specific knowledge about fitness when it comes to personal training. Aleksandra values and emphasizes teamwork, partnership, discipline and hard work. She believes that physical, mental, and emotional health are all interdependent, and equally important. Her workout motto is: "Build your weaknesses until they become your strengths. |
